The Texen Group Celebrates 40 Years of Innovation<\/strong><\/p>\n

With 8 sites and a presence on 3 continents, the Texen Group has become over the years a pioneer in innovative and environmentally friendly packaging for beauty markets. When 40 years of history shape tomorrow.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Over these 40 years, the Texen Group has acquired expertise<\/strong> through societal changes and technological innovations. It has been able to respond<\/strong> to market expectations, seize<\/strong> opportunities, recruit<\/strong> talent, and invest<\/strong> to become the group with a turnover of 215 million euros today.
\nFrom 1984 to the 2000s, the Texen Group specialized in plastic injection, notably by acquiring the CEICA<\/strong> site, and gradually strengthened its expertise through the acquisition of Texen Rose<\/strong> and Texen CMSI<\/strong>. From 2000 onwards, the Group focused its activity on makeup and developed packs with applicators (mascara, lip gloss, etc.) through the acquisition of Texen Mayet<\/strong>. It followed the premiumization trend through decoration techniques and surface treatments by creating Texen Decoration.<\/strong> The Texen Group strengthened its international customer support by establishing a factory in Mexico.<\/strong>
\nDuring the 2010s, the Group expanded its presence worldwide and established itself in the United States with MarLee Texen. It focused on high-growth countries such as Eastern Europe by acquiring Texen Poland<\/strong>. In 2015, to address the volatility in demand for packs and the phenomenon of rapid customization, the Group acquired a trading company, now called Texen Beauty Partners<\/strong>. This division allows it to cater to high-potential customers with short, agile, and exclusive developments.
\nIn parallel, the Group’s industrial agility, focusing on signature processes such as Smart\u00a9<\/strong> or Besst\u00a9<\/strong>, revolutionized production methods through the flexibility of assembly and decoration lines. In 2020, the Texen Group invested in what is called “new uses<\/strong>“, namely flexible packs (acquisition of the pouch activity of PRP Cr\u00e9ation in 2022), airless systems, and interior lacquering decoration. In 2022, the Texen Group consolidated its commercial coverage in the American market and opened an office in Los Angeles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Over the past decade, the Texen Group has been involved in the future of responsible packaging by exploring the packaging of the future<\/strong> (the “Metamorphosis of Packaging” magazine and the Explore platform, https:\/\/explore.texen.com\/en\/). It invests in new technologies and forms strategic partnerships with innovative partners such as Roctool.<\/strong> A few years after its first CSR roadmap (2017), the Texen Group, a pioneer in eco-design, received a Gold medal from Ecovadis in 2021 and Platinum<\/strong> since 2022. The Texen Lab<\/strong> acts as an experimental laboratory where materials of tomorrow and new decorations are tested and qualified.<\/p>\n
